The Latrobe Valley Home Energy Upgrade Program is calling for tenders from organisations to roll-out the program, which will provide grants for up to 1,000 vulnerable households for renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades.
The Tender calls for a delivery partner to undertake energy assessments to determine the best upgrade package to reduce energy bills for Latrobe Valley Home Energy Upgrade program participants.
The delivery partner will have demonstrated experience in delivering energy efficiency upgrades and advisory services to low income households, culturally and linguistically diverse households and to people living with disabilities.
Due to the complex nature of the program, the successful tenderer may need to sub-contract some of the services required for the program, but will remain responsible for overall project management.
The delivery partner’s contract will run from 1st September 2017 until 30th April 2019.
