Youth Space Latrobe branding and logo competition
Young people in Latrobe Valley are being encouraged to get involved and submit their ideas for the branding and name of Youth Space Latrobe in Morwell. Entries are now open for young people to submit their name and logo ideas, which will formally name and brand the space.

Million-dollar revamp for Morwell's CBD
Morwell’s CBD will undergo a streetscape upgrade, courtesy of a $1 million grant from the Latrobe Valley Authority’s Community Facility Fund announced today, which will allow work to get underway on the Future Morwell Streetscape Upgrade Project.

The LVA celebrated R U OK Day on Thursday 8 September, 2022. The key theme for this year is: "No qualifications needed". This means you do not need any formal qualifications to help someone in need. Staff attended the Morwell office wearing yellow to recognise RU OK Day and celebrated with an afternoon tea. R U OK Day provides a range of activities such as how to ask if you are OK – including these four steps:
