Labertouche Community Hall restoration complete

Labertouche Community Hall has been restored and transformed with a new roof, ceiling and floor, thanks to a $117,950 Community and Facility Fund grant.

The Hall is a busy community hub for badminton competition, events, weddings, funerals, art shows, and large community gatherings including an annual Scout Jamboree.

The extensive restoration project included replacing and repairing the deteriorating floor, ceiling, and roof so the venue can continue to meet the needs of the local community for years to come.

The Latrobe Valley Authority's Community and Facility Fund has supported 232 community projects across the region to improve liveability, sustainability, and social connection.
