Calls for tenders for Home Energy Upgrade delivery partner
The Latrobe Valley Home Energy Upgrade Program is calling for tenders from organisations to roll-out the program, which will provide grants for up to 1,000 vulnerable households for renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades.

Local community groups to improve facilities thanks to funding
Six local organisations have been successful in receiving funding from Latrobe Valley Authority as part of the $20 million Community Facility Fund. Latrobe Valley Authority’s Chief Executive Officer Karen Cain said all six projects demonstrated strong community support and will make local facilities more usable, accessible and comfortable places to use.

Supercare Pharmacy for Traralgon
The Latrobe Valley will get its own Supercare Pharmacy from 30 June which will open 24-hours-a-day, with a nurse on site from 6pm-10pm daily.

GovHub confirmed for the Valley

Architects appointed for Gippsland Hi Tech Precinct
Establishment of the Gippsland Hi Tech Precinct in Morwell has moved a step closer with Vincent Crisp Architects winning a bid to masterplan the $17 million project, which will drive innovation and bring new jobs and industry to the Latrobe Valley. During construction the project will create 80 jobs and hundreds of ongoing jobs after its completion in 2020.

Public housing upgrade creates 80 construction jobs in the Latrobe Valley
Up to 80 construction jobs will be created in the Latrobe Valley as part of a $7.8 million Victorian Government investment to upgrade 224 public housing properties.
